Fallen off the Low-carb Wagon

I've fallen off the low-carb wagon a bit this week. I was feeling a little bit disenchanted with Atkins this time round as the weight isn't dropping off like it did last time, so I've had quite a few carb 'sins' this week: Sunday: I got talked into Kentucy fried chicken.
