just look for the Orange button on the website you want to feed and click on it and then you can copy and paste the URL in the area for RSS on your page. Ok, hope I am not confusing you here - I am starting to confuse myself a little!
I have lost 30 lbs since last February. Since then I have maintained my weight between 170-180. During the last couple of months I have been hovering in the 175-180 range. I would like to get my weight down to 150. I have not seen that weight since high school In order to do this I will need to go back into the intense mode which helped me lose my initial weight. That entails six small meals per day making sure that I walk at least 30 min and one other exercise that will increase my heartrate to help me burn the calories. I will also have to increase my water intake and reduce the amount of starches I consume.
