This group is dedicated to parents and kids who enjoy yoga and those who are interested in learning more about childrens healthy eating and exercise habits.
Welcome to the group! I suggest that you talk to your parents and your doctor about your weight loss goals. Since your parents are the ones who buy the food for the house and most likely cook the meals, you should get them on board!
Some quick tips to help you cut some of those pounds:
Cut out soda and drink water or flavored seltzer instead
Cut out junk food snacks - instead one of the following: 5 small carrot sticks, 1 string cheese, small amount of almonds (3 or 4)
Start looking at the labels of what you're eating - if you can reduce that number, you are going in the right direction!
Good luck! Remember, don't try to do this alone. Get all of the help and support that you can so you can achieve your goals!
